Two 90-minute, online group consultations sessions will be offered following the training - included in cost

All music therapists, other mental health (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, etc) & licensed health professionals must check with their governing state licensing boards to determine eligibility for CEs prior to registering and paying for any CE hours.​​

The Rev. Martha S. Jacobi, PhD, LCSW is a longtime Brainspotting Trainer and internationally known seminar leader, speaker. and writer who has studied with David Grand since 2001. With 30 years experience in clinical practice, she specialized in working with survivors of profound trauma, creativity and performance enhancement for artists and performers, and the integration of Brainspotting across global religions, spiritual traditions, and contemplative practices. She teaches the foundational Specialty Workshop "Spiritualities, Religions, & Contemplative Practices in the Brainspotting Frame," and collaborated with Monika Baumann in developing the original 2-day workshop "Brainspotting with Children & Adolescents.". Martha integrates her background as a dancer and musician into her all aspects of her work. A Lutheran pastor, Martha is affiliated with St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, West 46th Street, Manhattan. She is the author of several chapters and articles related to Brainspotting in clinical and theological publications.. Originally from Ann Arbor & Interlochen, Michigan, she now lives and works in New York City.
Colleen Klym, LMFT, MT-BC is a licensed marriage and family therapist, board certied music therapist, and Approved Brainspotting Consultant who has been serving children, teens, and adults since 2000. Colleen began training in Brainspotting in 2016 and since then, she has developed a new trust of herself and her clients, sitting with them in resonant and transformative attunement. Colleen is passionate about supporting other therapists as well as her clients with the integration of Brainspotting, play therapy and expressive arts.
