Dr. Jacobi is not accepting new clients for psychotherapy.

Dr. Jacobi provides individual, couple, and family therapy. She works with children (age 3 and up), adolescents, and adults.

 

Fees are set with clients on an individual basis, with most clients paying between the full fee of $325/hour and $200/hour. In exceptional situations, Dr. Jacobi may be able to offer significantly reduced rates, based on client need.

 

Payment is normally made by check or cash at each in-person session. For online sessions, payment is by PayPal or credit card at the time of the session.

 

Dr. Jacobi is not a member of any insurance panels, and does not take Medicare or Medicaid. If clients have out-of-network mental health benefits, they may be able to receive reimbursement from their insurance companies of some portion of their fees. It is the client's responsibility to contact their insurance company for if any pre-approval is needed, and to secure any reimbursement to which he/she may be entitled. On request, Dr. Jacobi will provide a statement with necessary information for insurance carriers to process clients' claims, and/or for tax purposes.
